Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Exchanges

• Frother is a promotional gift and is final sale; not eligible for return or exchange
• If your subscription product is returned, the frother must also be returned in unused, original condition or a $15 fee will be charged
• Frother holds no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or applied toward future purchases

Subscription Requirements

• Customer must maintain active subscription for a minimum of one (1) billing cycle to retain frother
• If subscription is cancelled before the first renewal date, customer agrees to return frother in original, unused condition within 30 days or will be charged $15
• FOCL reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for unreturned promotional items

Modifications and Termination

• FOCL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice
• FOCL reserves the right to substitute the frother with an alternative gift of equal or greater value
• Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice
