Eligibility

• Offer applies to new subscription purchases only made on FOCL.com.
• Available to all customers (no code required).
• Offer is valid for one-time redemption per customer.

Promotional Offer

• Eligible customers will receive one (1) free Happy 10-Pack automatically added to cart via FOCL’s cart logic system.
• The gift will be included at checkout and shipped with the qualifying subscription order.
• No promo code is required.

Availability

Offer is while supplies last. FOCL reserves the right to substitute the gift with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

Promotion Terms & Conditions

For a limited time only, FOCL is offering promotional pricing as part of the Valentine’s Day: Love at First Bite campaign (“Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. PT on Friday, February 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on Monday, February 16, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside of the Promotion Period are not eligible.

Eligibility

This Promotion is open to customers shopping on focl.com during the Promotion Period. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotional Offer

During the Promotion Period, customers may receive 30% off their total order when purchasing two (2) or more eligible products in a single transaction and applying promo code VDAY30 at checkout.

• Discount applies to the combined total of all eligible products in the cart.
• A minimum purchase of two (2) products is required to qualify.
• Promo code VDAY30 must be entered at checkout to receive the discount.
• Discount is applied before taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

Bundle Mechanics

• Customers may select any combination of two (2) or more eligible products to qualify for the Promotion.
• Products are not required to be purchased as pre-set bundles.
• “Perfect Pair” or curated product suggestions featured in marketing materials are for inspiration only and do not affect eligibility.

Subscription Terms

• If applied to a subscription, the discount applies to the first subscription order only.
• All subsequent subscription renewals will be discounted at 20% off the then-current retail price, unless otherwise modified or canceled by the customer.

Exclusions & Limitations

• Promotion applies only to eligible products available on focl.com during the Promotion Period.
• This Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes unless expressly stated.
• Promotion applies only to qualifying purchases made in a single order. Multiple orders cannot be combined to meet the minimum requirement.
• FOCL reserves the right to exclude specific products or collections from the Promotion at its sole discretion.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• If an order purchased during the Promotion is returned or refunded, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid, not the original retail price.
• If returning part of an order causes the remaining items to fall below the two-product minimum, the Promotion may be voided and the refund adjusted accordingly.

General Conditions

• Promotion is non-transferable and has no cash value.
• Limit one (1) use of promo code VDAY30 per order.
• FOCL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, including due to technical issues, inventory limitations, or suspected misuse or fraud.
• FOCL is not responsible for typographical, pricing, or system errors. In the event of an error, FOCL reserves the right to cancel or adjust affected orders.

• All subsequent subscription renewals will be discounted at 20% off the then-current retail price, unless otherwise modified or canceled by the customer.
• Subscription discounts cannot be retroactively applied to existing orders or prior purchases.

• Discounts apply only to eligible products available on focl.com during the Promotion Period.
• This Promotion cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, discount codes, or bundles, unless expressly stated.
• FOCL reserves the right to exclude specific products or collections from the Promotion at its sole discretion.

• If a subscription order is canceled after the first discounted shipment, future discounts associated with the Promotion will be forfeited.
