Dry January Sale

For a limited time only, FOCL is offering promotional pricing as part of the Dry High January campaign (“Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. PT on Monday, January 5, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on Sunday, February 1, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside of the Promotion Period are not eligible.

Eligibility

This Promotion is open to customers shopping on focl.com during the Promotion Period. No code is required unless otherwise stated. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotional Offer

During the Promotion Period, eligible products are discounted as follows:

  • 20% off sitewide on one-time purchases (OTP)
  • 36% off the first subscription order

Strike-through pricing reflecting the applicable discount will be automatically applied on eligible products at checkout.

Subscription Terms

  • The 36% subscription discount applies to the first subscription order only.
  • All subsequent subscription renewals will be discounted at 20% off the then-current retail price, unless otherwise modified or canceled by the customer.
  • Subscription discounts cannot be retroactively applied to existing orders or prior purchases.

Exclusions & Limitations

  • Discounts apply only to eligible products available on focl.com during the Promotion Period.
  • This Promotion cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, discount codes, or bundles, unless expressly stated.
  • FOCL reserves the right to exclude specific products or collections from the Promotion at its sole discretion.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • If an order purchased during the Promotion is returned or refunded, the refund will reflect the discounted purchase price paid, not the original full retail value.
  • If a subscription order is canceled after the first discounted shipment, future discounts associated with the Promotion will be forfeited.

General Conditions

  • Promotion is non-transferable and has no cash value.
  • FOCL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, including due to technical issues, inventory limitations, or suspected fraud or abuse.
  • FOCL is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or system errors. In the event of an error, FOCL reserves the right to cancel or adjust affected orders.

Governing Terms

All purchases made during the Promotion are subject to FOCL’s standard Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Subscription Terms, which remain in full force and effect.
