    "I’ve had 5 nights in a row of 7 hours of sleep. The first 3 were using a FOCL gummy, the most recent 2 nights were using these drops. I’ve struggled with insomnia for 20 years. True insomnia — we are talking phases with 0-4 hours of sleep, consecutive nights with one hour only, etc). I do well on Ambien, but know it’s not recommended to use nightly. I also have tried diff THC or CBD products but none felt reliable, they’d work sometimes, and sometimes I’d lay there feeling the THC effect with no sleep — boo.
