"They have a noticeable calming effect that is the perfect amount. No intoxicating effects, nor drowsiness. Easier to dose and take compared to the drops. And they taste good. . . at first. That is the only negative. After a couple seconds of chewing an intense bitterness sets in. I'm not sure what is the cause, as the drops are very pleasant in taste. I'll try the fruit punch flavor next time, but if they are also bitter I would just stick with the drops unless you want something for travel or on the go."
