FOCL 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe so strongly in FOCL that we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee!

Subscription Customers

If you purchased a monthly subscription and you are not completely satisfied with the results, we will refund the entire two-month purchase price of your FOCL order.

To initiate a refund, simply send us an email within 60 days of receiving your initial order, and we will provide you with an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return address. We ask that you send back the unused or empty bottles from your most recent shipment. Subscription customers who cancel within 60 days, but no longer have the bottles available to send back to us, are eligible for a one-month refund (50%)

One-time purchases

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the entire one-time purchase price of your FOCL order.

To initiate a refund, simply send us an email within 60 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return address. We ask that you send back the unused or empty bottles from your shipment to be eligible for a refund. One-time purchases are not eligible for refunds without sending the bottle(s) back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We also recommend getting tracking on your package so we can confirm its arrival. After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

6-Month Subscription Purchases

Customers who purchase a 6-Month subscription and are not completely satisfied with the results, are entitled to a full refund within the first 60 days of receiving their initial shipment. Customers who wish to cancel their subscription after the initial 60 days are eligible for a refund for any orders which have not yet shipped. Orders that have already shipped beyond the initial 60-day window are not eligible for a refund.

Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy! We accept exchanges on any unopened/unused items in their original condition and in the original packaging within 60 days of receipt of shipment. To initiate an exchange, simply send us an email within 60 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return address. Please be sure to let us know which product you are sending back and which product you would like it its place. Additional charges may apply.

Damaged/Missing Items

We’ve designed our packaging to minimize breakage and damage. However, if your products arrived damaged, broken or part of your order is missing, please notify FOCL within three (3) days of delivery and send photos to support@FOCL.com. We will compare your photos to our shipping picture for approval. If approved, a replacement product will be sent within 5 days of approval. And thanks for letting us know!

Is anything non-refundable?

Yes. Free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for returns.

What are the charges for returns?

None. We do not have a restocking fee. There are no charges for returned items. You will be refunded for your entire order (shipping is already free!).
